Why do I need to register?
Health Canada requires each medical document be matched to a patient registration. It is a good idea to complete your registration before you see your healthcare provider for a medical document, or immediately afterward. This will allow our team to process your application efficiently and without delay.

Where can I find my “carry card” or registration document?
In some situations, such as places of work or public areas, you may be asked to provide proof of your authorization to use medical cannabis or to carry a larger quantity with you in person. This is sometimes called a “carry card”, although all the required information is included in your registration document. You can find this document in your approval e-mail, or you can download your registration document by logging in to your online account, clicking on Account Information, and scrolling to the Registration Record section, where you will find a PDF version.
